Workforce Board Lehigh Valley
Nancy Dischinat is the Executive Director of the Workforce Board Lehigh Valley. She has over 30 years’ experience in the business of workforce development. As the Executive Director of the Workforce Board Lehigh Valley she works to align workforce development with economic development and education in the Lehigh Valley. This strategy results in economic growth, a universal understanding of skills and skills gaps, and knowledge about the employability, educational and training requirements needed for work.
Under her leadership, the Workforce Board Lehigh Valley effectively negotiates strategic partnerships and alliances, educates and convenes legislative and policy makers on workforce issues, and builds and manages relationships with key stakeholders related to workforce, economic development, education and the community. Nancy also serves on numerous business and community committees, associations, and is a local, state, and national speaker on workforce issues.
David Mazure, Professor of Art + Design
East Stroudsburg University of PA
New Mind Design is a student-run design agency operated out of the Art + Design Department at East Stroudsburg University. The agency provides students employment and design services to its clientele which include mainly local and regional businesses. Professor David Mazure is the primary faculty mentor. He has taught Art + Design at ESU for 11 years.

Naima moved to Philadelphia in 2013 to pursue her Master’s degree at Drexel University. Upon arrival, she fell in love with the city’s cultural vibrancy, musical history, and diversity of neighborhoods. She joined the Campus Philly team after years of building collaborative partnerships with local companies and nonprofit organizations in the city. In addition to trying new foods and checking out music in the area, Naima enjoys staying connected to organizations like The Spruce Foundation, the Philadelphia Cultural Fund, and the Philadelphia Museum of Art through volunteer service and committee work. She and her family live in West Philadelphia.
Christine Morando is the Staffing Coordinator for the Philadelphia Department of Public Health’s recently established COVID-19 Containment Division. She organizes candidate searches, review, interviewing, and onboarding, as well as ongoing employee support. This is her sixth year as a Philadelphia resident, and she is excited to be directly involved in the city’s ongoing response to COVID-19.
