James Chiarchiaro is the Program Manger for the Keystone Development Partnership.  James has been on contract with the Pennsylvania Apprenticeship & Training Office since 2017, building pre-apprenticeship and apprenticeship programs statewide in various industries.  James has spent a total of 13 years managing academic and workforce development programs.  James has a masters degree in Instructional Design, Development & Evaluation from Syracuse University.

As the Vice President for Workforce Operations and Programs at the Allegheny Conference, Linda oversees programs for talent attraction and retention, including the ImaginePittsburgh.com regional jobs portal, and the Service to Opportunity program connecting veterans to jobs in energy and manufacturing.  She is also engaged in key workforce development initiatives at the Conference to better understand workforce demand across all sectors, and to align the education and training pipeline to meet demand.

A native of Pittsburgh, Linda boomeranged out and back to the region, and understands firsthand the challenges of attracting and sustaining a globally competitive workforce here.

Susan Williams has served as the President/CEO of the Venango Area Chamber of Commerce since 2007. Her volunteer work led her to the seek a job where she could impact the community, through leadership, business and relationship building.  She shares that her leadership journey continues, especially as she strives to engage others in the many programs the Venango Chamber has launched in recent years. Much of that focus has been on education, young professional development and business advocacy.

Donald Good has been the Sr. Manager of Human Resources for Corelle Brands (formerly World Kitchen) for almost twenty years. Prior to working at Corelle Brands he worked for Invensys in New Stanton, PA and The Elliot Company, Jeannette, PA. He is a Board Member of the Mon Valley Chamber of Commerce, United Way Of Mon Valley Board of Directors and have served on Career Development Boards for California University of Pennsylvania in the past. Included in his responsibilities is their Apprenticeship Program.

Thomas is a proven example of the success of the apprenticeship program, which he completed in Germany in the early 1980's before immigrating to the United States to continue his career with VEKA. Today he is responsible for all VEKA training programs in North America with six full time trainers at sites in Fombell, PA, Terrell, TX and Reno, NV.
